For Aktive AI users, your queries and uploaded documents are processed securely through our AI orchestration layer to generate academic assistance. Your personal data is never sold to third parties or used to train public AI models.

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information. Payment processing for premium tiers (e.g., Aktive Pro) is handled entirely by secure, third-party processors like Paystack. VoidX does not store your credit card or Mobile Money PINs on our servers.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can clear your local device memory directly within our applications, or contact us at hello@voidx.com to have your account completely erased from our databases.
