VoidX ("we", "our", "us") operates digital platforms including Aktive AI, VoidX Academy, and The Gist House. We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, subscribe to our services, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, institutional affiliation, and query logs (specifically within Aktive AI to deliver personalized academic support).
2. Code Submissions & Audits
All code submitted to VoidX Academy (including real-time sandbox submissions) is processed securely by our testing suites and AI analysis models (such as Gemini and Groq) strictly for grading, complexity profiling, and execution analysis. We do not claim ownership over your code submissions or personal intellectual property.
3. How We Use & Protect Your Data
Your personal data is used to provide, maintain, and optimize our products. Queries and uploaded documents are routed through encrypted AI orchestration layers to generate intelligent feedback. Your personal telemetry is never sold to third-party data brokers or used to train public LLM models.
4. Payments & Billing Security
Payment processing for premium tiers and donations (e.g. Aktive AI Pro or Academy subscriptions) is powered by industry-certified third-party processors including Paystack. VoidX does not store credit card credentials, CVCs, or Mobile Money PINs on our servers.
5. Data Erasure & Requests
You retain full control over your data. You may request account deletion or data erasure at any time by contacting our privacy compliance team at hello@voidxhq.com. Upon verification, your records and chat histories will be purged from our databases.
