We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, subscribe to our premium services, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, university affiliation, and chat histories (specifically within Aktive AI to provide contextual academic support).

2. Code Submissions & Audits

All code submitted to VoidX Academy (including The Training Ground and The Arena) is recorded. Your submissions are processed by our automated testing suites and passed to external AI models (such as Groq and OpenAI) strictly for the purpose of grading, algorithmic complexity analysis, and efficiency scoring. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. For Aktive AI and VoidX Academy users, your queries, code, and uploaded documents are processed securely through our AI orchestration layer to generate assistance and feedback. Your personal data is never sold to third parties or used to train public AI models.

4. Data Security & Payments

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information. Payment processing for premium tiers (e.g., Aktive Pro, Academy Plus) is handled entirely by secure, third-party processors like Paystack. VoidX does not store your credit card or Mobile Money PINs on our servers.

5. Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can clear your local device memory directly within our applications, or contact us at hello@voidx.com to have your account and telemetry completely erased from our databases.
