By accessing or using the applications engineered by VoidX (including Aktive AI and Jungle News), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Academic Integrity (Aktive AI)

Aktive AI is engineered as an educational tutor and study companion, not a tool for academic dishonesty. You agree to use the service to enhance your understanding of concepts. You are solely responsible for adhering to your university's honor code and academic guidelines.

3. AI Limitations & Accuracy

While our platforms utilize state-of-the-art Large Language Models, AI can make mistakes or hallucinate information. Users are expected to verify important information, formulas, and code before relying on them for examinations, assignments, or professional work.

4. Subscriptions & Fair Use

Payments for premium tiers are non-refundable. Paid tiers are subject to fair use limits to prevent server abuse. Attempting to bypass rate limits, manipulate the API, or reverse-engineer the VoidX Mega-Orchestrator may result in immediate account termination without a refund.
